Nice!

I ended up raising the framing 18" to allow the list to work properly. Now wiring for a side scroll garage door for that bay as well as 220 for the lift and another 220 for my electric Jaguar charger. I'll have more pictures as the garage gets closer to completion!

Nice!

AC? My detached garage gets plenty hot in the summer, right now just running a freestanding AC but will eventually put in a split system ductless... Not really needed for just storage and parking, but awesome if you do any work in the garage.

My 3 car garage is normal 100 in the summer and maybe gets down to 85 at night. How well do you think a split system would work in a garage my size? 30'x20'x9'. Expensive to run?

Split systems come in different btu/ton capacities, should be no problem getting one capable of dealing with 600 s.f. Probably a 1-ton system which is on the low end capacity wise.... They are also usually pretty high efficiency (SEER rating) so they actually cost less to run than typical ducted AC, and there is also no loss through ductwork.

Mitsubishi sells a line called Mr Slim wall mounted systems. I've spec'd some for work with very good results. They have run for years with no issues, quiet and efficient.
