If I need navigation, in the Breffo mount. If I'm not using it, I put it on the seat between my legs lol...sometimes leave it in my pocket but that's not particularly comfortable.

Oh thats one of those air freshners I like my car smelling nice and no it doesn't get in the way of my vision.

You may want to attempt to eliminate the mice/rats that have been eating your phone cord.
