@iotapi322 if youre still looking? i'd call pelican. i get most all my stuff from them, unless i need "special" sam @bydesign bits.
From a cursory glance at pelican and Koni's website the shocks from Koni seem to be the same whether the car is a NA 996 or a Turbo. I don't think the Bilsteins are the same, I think there are different model numbers based on whether the car is a Turbo or not. Although the ability to adjust the dampening on the KONI's are a killer feature.

no, you're right. bilstein b6 ( stock ) and b8 ( sport for use with h&r SPORT springs ( Lower ) are different lengths. i've never used the koni sports but again, believe them to be comparable to the b8 bilsteins. thats why i say again, DOUBLE check the koni's to be same fitment as the b8 if you plan on running h&r lowering springs.
