The KW seems to be not very popular...i would go for the kw club sport, for a non daily driver.

Ohlins R&T without exception. The KW and PSS10 options are good (I rode in a 996tt with both prior to making the decision) but the R&T are great. It really transformed the way the car feels. Ive never had a car dialed in so well. It handles great but has a comfortable controlled ride. Very well matched to the 996 turbos character overall. You can always adjust them up or down for track/street. I recommend the rear adjusters if you go with them. Additionally, a lot of it also has to do with the person doing the install and their skills in setting up the final settings, ride height, changing additional parts (mounts, links, etc.)..

Ohlins are unbeatable for road manners IMHO, been in quite a few setups... my Boxster is on KW V3's and while a good setup too doesn't have the silkiness of Ohlins

Consider contacting Performance Shock in Sonoma. They can do better on price than this.

Yep, I already tried contacting PSI and their price is couple hundred less than 3100. However the deal is less sweet since you have to pay the 9% sales tax since I'm in CA. I've found another vendor in Arizona in the 2800 area but was just wondering if there was another magical place that you can get this cheaper. Try contacting vendors directly, they can usually do a better price than the website.
