This may be a place for me to get dvice. I currently have PSS10's that came on the car when I bought them. I believe they were installed about 8-10 years ago. I'm not super happy with them, one I don't find them that comfortable, the rebound is rather harsh at times. I'd also like to go lower.

I keep pointing myself towards the Ohlins R&T's, but i'm not sure how much a difference they'll make vs the PSS10's.

Yes, they are a very good "budget" kit.

Have you adjusted your settings on the pss10’s to see if that could be the issue? I remember when I picked up my 03 car it felt like I was riding in a race car. The PO had it set to the hardest settings and set up for the track. A few adjustments later and a visit to my alignment shop and it was just the way I wanted it. I’d at least give it a look to rule that out before buying a new set ( unless you just want a new known good set which I totally understand as well ). Thx -scrh1

Also…how low are you looking to go? My 03’ was extremely low however it needed a fully adjustable setup in order to not eat tires like its job…….i had tarrett drop links all round as well as the adjustable control arms and sway bars. Was a nice setup that the POmhad invested a lot of time and money dialing in to his liking . It took me getting it dialed on to my liking to really enjoy the car. Hope that helps.

I have the Feal coilovers.

They seem to be quite good, at least compared to a 20yo worn out suspension. I did the FCP Meyle full new rubber kit, new wheel bearings, and the Feal coilovers. I like the adjustability. Ride comfort is equivalent or better than stock and it certainly handles better. For a "budget" refresh, I think they're worth a serious consideration. Mine sits very close to stock ride height (just slightly lower, my preferred level) for speed bumps and my steep driveway entrance. I have mine slightly firmer than the mid-level. They have 15 positions, I think I'm currently at 12. They come set at 7, which was just a little too soft for me. 10 is probably the best all around for everyday driving.
