The LSD works great with the AWD too, if you're tracking I'd recommend doing it just for the trail braking stability you gain.
Unfortunately, funds are not unlimited. Everything in time...

Awesome work and parts list. What was the reasoning for the 997 hubs? Did you need them for the 991 brakes?

The 997 hubs have simply superseded the 996 parts.

Can't get it in for the alignment until the first week of November at the earliest, so no impressions yet.

Great work! Were the 991 calipers a direct bolt up? Or do they need a different type of hanger?

Had a chance to drive the car yet after all the work? How do you find the Ohlins? Stock or custom spring rates?

Very nice. im also wondering how the suspension feels. Im wondering if its worth it to go this route or simply put polybushing on everything plus the Ohlins DFV Coilovers.

Still waiting to go for alignment. The person doing the alignment was booked up through SEMA, I'm hoping to get it in this week.

Depends on your use for the car and the type of roads/driving you do.
If you're not tracking the car regularly, some mods are not necessarily an upgrade and may require more maintenance.

I'd do the Ohlins with solid mounts, adjustable LCA's, monoball dog bones and get an alignment with more neg camber from a shop that sets up track 911's and then decide what else you may want.

You change the disks every time you need pads? Whats the logic behind that?

Sorry for bringing this back, but how would a setup like this be as a daily? It doesn't seem like much rubber / isolation is left, so would it be too harsh on regular roads and potholes?
