Lenses are sealed to the housing with a Butyl rubber seal material.
The headlights will get a X-Pel clear bra treatment that will seal the oem screw mounting hole.

What about the other two holes? That big gap would be a huge concern for some people. I really like this project and would hate to see it get ruined by condensation build up.

The other two holes in the housing bottom are from the factory. Its standard oem headlight housing. I suspect they are drain holes?
The larger gap will be sealed prior to install & full X-pel clear film to seal the factory drilled mounting hole as well.

Dont worry it will be water tight.

Headlights are good now -Was just a simple polarity change.
