My GT3 RSR headlight project in proccess
#16
It's not just the newer cars. There are lots of older cars and trucks out there with modified frontal lights that are just out of control.
And it's not just the headlights. The number of cars (especially newer cars) with LED tail lights that are way too bright is shocking. Many times at night, while sitting behind these cars at a stoplight, I put my "sun" visor down to block the bright red tail lights.

Same with projector housings... a halogen projector housing is NOT the same as an HID projector housing... put an HID in a halogen projector, and again, blind people because of different scatter pattern from the light type!
None of this is regulated which makes it even more annoying..

To All,
Evan is not finished with the build yet yet. He will post many more pics of the 4 new HID projectors, LED turn signals ,pop up washer delete & finally new 996 GT3 RSR lens install & re-seal.
I will post pics once the headlights are installed in my car.

How difficult was it to pry the lenses off the body? Seems to vary hugely from manufacturer to manufacturer...
Some are relatively easy, some a real pita with high likelihood of breaking something.
Oven? Heat gun? Pry tool?

Contact Evan Patak ; info@visionautolab.com
From what i understand the oem seal is a 1 time perma seal product. Needs to be heated then pried open.
He uses a butyl rubber re-seal product that can be easily opened in the future.
Good Luck
