Hard start when hot?
Anyone else run into this problem? My car starts and runs just fine when cold, but takes a bit of time to catch once it's warmed up. Mechanic said something about a check valve in the fuel pump, but I haven't found a reference to anything that's replaceable.
Thanks!

Not sure if this will help, but the 997 has a know issue with the main power cable going to starter and insulation breakdown which has the same symptoms.

Thanks, I'll check that. I've also seen reports of similar symptoms related to the starter itself and to a valve in the EVAP system. I'll plug in my durametric and see if any codes have been thrown.

Don't think it's related to refueling. It seems to happen every time I get the engine hot then turn it off and let it sit for a while. I don't mean track HOT either, just driving for 10-15 minutes gets it warm enough for this to happen.
