@RalphSarway964
I bought a 996.2 GT3 almost two years ago and am not looking for another. Perhaps you're mistaken?
Either way, thanks for thinking of me. Ha ha...

Wow that BaT Speed Yellow went for $145k.
Meanwhile I just drove my SY 04 to run some errands in the city. Time to bubblewrap it and put it away in a dark, cool place not to be driven or even glanced at.
Haha. I kid. ***** to the wall my friends!

1st Generation PCCB's were not the best.
The sheer cost of replacement is enough to take a hard pass. Options can be a plus but this is not one I'd take on a bet.
Perhaps the car in question might have even been held back by the chance that the PCCB's might not be 100%. Food for thought.
FWIW: I found this tidbit in my files from YEARS ago. 20 years ago for you youngsters.![Wink](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)

There is a really easy way to fix the gen 1 PCCB “problems”. Don’t track them! I had them on my first GT3 and absolutely loved them. Stopped great (on the street), zero dust, and you can really feel the difference in weight. When I would switch over to iron rotors for track days (because again, you don’t want to track them), the car felt significantly more lethargic. I could never wait to put the pccbs back on! Id take a car with PCCB’s every time! And when the wear out, just re disk then with a more modern carbon alternative.
