Bumping an old thread here. I picked up a couple sets of used Pirelli P-Zero slicks that are 245/645 Front and 305/680 Rear. These are scrubs from a PCA event, but I'm not sure which car was running them. My car is an '04 GT3 with OZ wheels that have the same width and offset as stock wheels. My alignment is around -2.7F/-2.3R if I recall correctly.

Will these tires fit on my car with rubbing issues? Will they work with stock wheel dimensions? What about ABS issues?

DO NOT use those on a 6GT3 with the stock ABS. You will get horrible ice mode. The stock ABS can't handle the 1.5" larger rear tire. We tried it on a friends 6GT3 who is a very good driver and he had a significant off because of it.

+1, you need 645 or 660 rears...or motorsport ABS

you also need TONS more camber for them to be happy and not cord relatively quickly. I run -3.7 and -3.0 and it's still not quite enough camber for them.

Thanks for the quick feedback. Too bad they won't work with my setup

I did WB conversion and bought 285/645-18 Pirelli DM on 10" and 325/660-18 DH on 13", just put them on the rims and not on the car yet as waiting for better weather

But already considering selling the 285 and put 305/660-18 in the front to have matching diameter, guess should be better even for ABS, is this true? Anybody used this kind of combo? should be more or less like using 645 tall tires all arround but with all benefits coming from wider and taller tires

Sorry for the offtopic question: Having some really big (50-60mm) wheel spacers for OEM 997 gt3 wheels (8.5/12 R19) and some cup2 on those, do you think is safe to use on track, or keep them just for the street?

thanks

Made some measurements on pirelli slicks

325-660-18 are 670mm tall and 2.14m circumference - 26.37inch tall
285-645-18 are 650mm and 2.08m - 25.59inch
So having a difference of 2.88%, guess quite big

Rears on 13j is no,no, 12j would be enough
Fronts look good, but might switch to taller 265-660-18 for perfect fit

What is funny I have found as measurements
For fronts tonbe either 25.2" or 25.7" tall and they are actually 25.6"

Rears to be either 26", 26.1" or 26.3" and they are close at 26.37" but still almost 26.4"

Still can not find specs for dh 265-660-18, anybody used those?
