Default Ohlins R&T - Anyone here using these?

Anyone using these?
They look like a bargain.
I have seen these favorably compared to KW Clubsports at almost half the cost.
What are your experience for track use?

The soft spring rates and rubber bushings indicate that these are geared mainly towards street use with the occasional track use thrown in. The TTX is the hard core track set up from Ohlins. Ohlins makes good stuff. Check with Rob (993GT) as he recently installed the R&T on his GT2.

unfortunately due to time, haven't had anytime with mine on track yet...that said, I do have lots of experience with them 'hard street'...
The transformation is huge over stock, and I'm very happy I went the route I did...
The dampening quality (and technology which provides and ensures consistency) is way beyond stock dampers realm...
The high-speed/small-bump scenario, where the 'DFV' tech comes in, is particularly fantastic...
The spring rate, while smaller then some run for track, is linear and runs in slight pre-load, response/transition is fast and confident.
There's also some chat going on here currently, https://rennlist.com/forums/racing-a...tein-b16s.html
Cheers,
Rob
