Question 2004 GT3 tire question?

Hello

I have a question for the tire experts:

I accidentally ran over something on the road and it cut my rear tire.

My rear tire has a depth of still 1/8" or 5mm of thread left on it (michelin pilot sport)

I bought a new tire to replace it,

should I be replacing both rear tires?

Can I just replace just 1 tire?

thanks

I'd replace them both.

Are these Pilot Sport Cup, or PS2? Where did you get the new tire?

Both for sure. I did what you're asking about and the car was really wonky.

Replace both but keep the good one as a spare in case you are lucky enough to have the same amount of wear on the new set when you get a puncture wound later on.
