Is that at that Colorado track east of Denver- blanking on the name right now. Drove by it once by accident trying to get to the Interstate from the airport. A 355 was cruising around the track when we went by!

Hey, that's me......
Graeme...you fox(Highlander). That's me in the middle with the Seal Grey GT3. The other two guys are RMR region PCA members too. And yes, the track is 2nd Creek Raceway near DIA Airport. The AS GT3 had 500 miles on it, mine has 2300 and the SY has about 1600. These are 3 of the 5 GT3s of which I am aware in Colorado. Two of the three were out flogging around the track too.

I'm afraid I'd have to drive across Nebraska to get to that track and the last time coming back from skiing in a Suburban I got picked out of a line going 83 mph for a welcome ticket from Nebraska's finest... 50 miles west of Kearney in the freakin middle of nowhere! The fact all the locals were passing me didn't seem to matter...

Too bad about Second Creek. I have lots of laps there from my college days at Regis in Denver. Gotta love a track in college that let you pay 60 bucks a day for the whole day - no instructors or requirements. Last I heard from some biker friends out there they still do that on Thursdays, I believe.
I knew the airport would be the start of the downfall of that track. Its fun too look for it on approach and takeoff.

PS - Also love Mountain View.

2nd Creek Raceway
Yes, Thursday is still for bikes at 2nd Creek, but the rest of the week is still open for Test & Tune for cars. The track is still booked throughout the season and stills hosts an open track day between Xmas & New Year's. We still have the Mountain View track, although it's now called Continental Divide Raceway....and, of course, Pueblo Motorsports Park where we usually host our annual PCA Club Race weekend. We have an old airport course in LaJunta.....Then there's PPIR (a roundy-round oval with a tight road course built inside) between Pueblo and Colo Spgs. We hope to replace 2nd Creek Raceway with a new facility somewhere east of Denver.
Not bad.....five usable tracks and about $100 per weekend for DEs at any of them.
