I know on the DAS, there is a substantial difference between the 2 bars (and there would be fairly large gap above their bar if installing a sunroof bar in a non-sunroof GT3).

Can anyone snap a pic of the fitment of the RSS 930 in a non-sunroof GT3, I am curious to see how close and well it follows the contour of the pillars and roof vs. gaps.

Thanks in advance!

Cheers

Will do. When I get home this weekend I can take a picture. There is a pretty good gap to be honest. When looking through the rear view mirror, the bar does lessen the field of view a bit.
Like others mentioned, I installed mine myself and it was a major curse fest. It was a beast. But it works great and I liked the design better than other on the market in its price range.

Does anyone mount their stock seat belts to the tab shown in this photo?

Have an RSS 930 on order - this is a great question.

Anyone have pics showing mounting of the lap belts for this application - I will be mounting Euro GT3 seats on factory sliders and sub-mounts.

Cheers

I'll see if I can take some tonight. I have the RSS bar in my 3.

My regular belts are mounted to the lower RSS mount.

I used the regular bolts which was a royal PIA. Using studs is absolutely the way to go on this and would make the install pretty easy.

If you have the RSS930 bar with the GT2 carbon backed seats...does the passenger seat go all the way back without hitting the bar or only the driver seat?

I've read the GMG RSR has room for both seats to slide. But I like the closer harness mount points on the RSS better.

Thanks...

Use a fully threaded/all thread bolt grade 8. With a all-thread, make it as short as you want for the cage to go over the stud, then thread out to desired length for washer and nut install.

There is a previous thread on this in this section. Trying to find it.

Don't use a bolt per picture above with a no threaded section in the middle, because if thread length is not perfect, need to make adjustments or buy new.

Also, there is some plastic bulge under carper right where the upright of the roll cage goes, this interferes so remove carpet and remove or use big hammer bash in/ collapse.

I did. As mentioned above, saves the massive headache of undoing the bar each time you have to remove a seat. I'd do the threaded rod of I'm ever in there again.
