GT3 won't take fuel (diagnosis thread)

Well...After many gas fill ups running the 15a in E6, today she was up to her old tricks of no fill up. So I walk over to the fuse panel to check E6 fuse and it was broken. I keep many 7.5a fuses in the car, replaced it and fuel loaded no problem.
With the 7.5 fuse it will brake before I get home, the 15a in E6 port kept strong for a while. The paper explaining fuse sizes and location does say 7.5 for E6. Auto electrician looked up schematic and told me 15a for E6, did it and fueling worked for a while.
Some day I will just bring her in a pay the big $$$ tell its solved.

Ok an update. I got my durametric and it's showing p0455. But I believe this is because of the filler neck flap I replaced. I reset the code and it hasn't come back, but I haven't driven the car to really confirm that yet. The car is on jackstands for maint. So once that is done I will take a test drive and confirm the code s gone.
I tried a fill via giant funnel. Same problem, crazy overflow, appears not to vent.
Which leaves me at square one. Sigh.

One funny note. I was at TWS running a track day, I got low on fuel so I had to run to the station. It was killing me how slow the fill up was knowing I could be lapping.

Ran into this issue a long time ago with a Boxster. I believe the solution was replacing this part number 99620114301.
This is a bleeder valve that is meant to vent the tank from its pressure during a fuel fill. The valve is actually controlled by the fuel filler neck, the little metal flap that will move when putting the nozzle in place.
It is also important the bleeder valve is positioned and installed correctly, if it is not then it won't make proper contact and therefore won't work.
Forgive me if I am wrong on this because it was a number of years ago that I dealt with this issue.

i am under the assumption the tank isn't venting properly, and thus as fuel comes in and displaces air the only place it can vent is the neck, hence having to fill it slow as hell.
There are a million threads on this. Most of the issues I have tried already. So, I may start taking educated guesses and replacing parts.
This one is suspect: http://www.pelicanparts.com/More_Inf...QodBQkBqw#tab4
And these could be replaced too:

I just need a diagram of how the venting flow routes...
