Jeff Zwart's Andial Built 996 GT2 Pikes Peak Winning Car

Built by renowned tuner Andial, Jeff Zwart took a class win with this Porsche 996 GT2 in 2002 & we got to give it our BBi treatment last month to prepare for a fun event coming up. We were excited to have 2 Pikes Peak class winning Porsches sitting under our roof! Here are some pictures that we would like to share. Stay tuned for updates!

just curious, why isn't the wheel alignment done using lasers etc, wouldn't that be simpler?

^string is often considered more accurate
All methods can be similarly accurate if given the proper setup and time

I had mine corner balance and aling with strings at a " Motorsports shop. My steering wheel was slightly off center. Had my Porsche Master Tech realign to correct the concern. Master Tech advise me that right rear was slightly toe out.
He corrected the concern. When I'm at the track, yes strings are used and ever slightly alingments are masked.
