White is just perfect on these 6-3's. Motorsport all the way

 

Great day out, car ran perfectly all day and was very fast. Left early, 5 sessions and around 40 laps and I'd had enough. On track with LotusGT3 which was fun, sounds wicked from behind when down shifting.

Some nice cars on track - Maclaren 650S, a couple of Gallardos, 458 amongst others. Photos and video to follow.

 

Early session still stuffing up braking points and gear selection. Got a couple of seconds faster as the day went on....

Yep a great day with lots of laps and good cars. Weather was ideal. Got my PB of 1.24.78. Think I can get a fair bit off that as I was running second hand R specs (7 years old) and I also learned trailing braking which will tidy up corner speeds and also top speeds as will brake deeper.

Damn you Harry's laptimer as I'm now going to start chasing times and we all know where that leads...

 

I did a 1:21.3 which I thought was good until I looked at PCV times - peter Fitzgerald recently did a 1:14 in a 997 GT2 (modified, big hp), his son 1:15 in a 997 GT3 (4L engine). Given V8 Supercars on slicks do 1:10 or so that's amazing!
