$60k - $65k, assuming all original paint and solid engine and super clean interior.

I have both right now. For a street car - 997S hands down. For a track car - clearly the 944 is ideal spec racer, but IMHO the GT3 would be a blast for HPDE or TT.

I agree with others that the GT3 will retain its value (even appreciate) over time. But as a street car, the 997C2S makes the most sense IMHO.
