Great looking build, guess you are running int he mod class as the year is off for a SPB but great car for racing, lots of fun, great training,a nd very forgiving up to a point compared to 911. Good Luck

Interested in what you'll do with the front tub and frame rail. I take it the suspension mount points have no tweaks?

Nice work on gutting doors. Have u thought of removing the door reinforcement bar inside? It's two bolts but it's stuck in there pretty good with double sided tape. Need to use a heat gun. Don't really need it since you have full cage. Any little weight off is always a good thing. Mike

Nice project Seb, can't wait to see it on the track. When are you going to go the 3.6 conversion-Monster Boxer!

racing will be next year, my plan is to put on track late august to do a few DE before winter.

suspension looks intact but the alignement will confirm if its 100% good.

U don't need reinforcement bar but its a bitch to remove with that sticky stuff glued to bar and door. Most leave it in. I unbolted the bar but had no heat gun to soften the glue crap on my friend's bsr. Probably weigh about 6-8 lbs each side eyeballing it. I have fg doors on mine so didn't have to do it on my 6. Mike

car is back on his 4 wheels,
dash is removed and we started working on harness.

wevo trans mounts in
wevo engine mount in
pss9 coilover in
996 gt3 and tarett swaybar and droplinks in
996 gt3 front LCA with tarett caster block in
997.2 gt2 shifter in

We're also starting the custom straight pipe and building some bracket to install the Sparco seats

Olivier at WeTune worked for Bimmershop...He could probably get Sebastien to build you a cage...Last I heard he wasn't doing the car thing any longer.
