Mk1 is magic. The slowest indeed; but, who cares?

I don't.. In fact when I buy another GT3, it's going to be a 100% stock mk1 clubsport in black color.

Great thread! I enjoyed the read. My "new" goal is to build up a garage of all 4 GT3s - and I plan to "shut up and drive" the 991 GT3 before allowing it into my GT3 pantheon...

I still adore my stock 6.2 with my modified Clubsport package. I tracked it all weekend, and it is an awesome machine. In time, I hope to have that perfect lap at 10/10ths!

I certainly would not mind having a 991 GT3 (for street), but it wouldn't replace the 996.2 that I have.. Not gonna happen, though, ha!

They are in abundance here compared to Mk2's... but I think that is due to most owners putting crack pipe prices on them! They just don't sell... a Nice iris blue one sold in under week though with a reasonable price tag on it ($90k aud)

My goal was similar. I wanted the 3.6, 3.8 and 4.0 Mezger GT cars. So far I have a 996.2 Gt3, 997.2 RS 3.8 and the RS 4.0. I also have last of the 997.1 turbos. I can stop now. Of course I could expand collection to include the 997.1 RS, just to get all the US versions of the RS. Who am I kidding - it just doesn't end.

Ha! You wish Mr. Mods

I said stock!

Btw, how you doing? Send me an email to catch up.
I've lost contact with the SA front lately.

But it is stock... ok - there are a few things... but all reversible, and I have all the original bits.

But I don't think you will like sitting on the 'wrong' side... in anycase, it is not for sale
