Sorry I can't find a link. It appears to be a replacement part. Here are images of my well used one. I can check to see whether it is sold with the rubber pad or if the pad has a separate part number. I don't know if it is a retail piece, but I can order it if you like. The pin in this saddle is 1" - slightly smaller than the hole in my Craftsman - but it still works.
