Default Continental Slicks Rear tire size question.....

Hey Guys,

Getting some Continental take offs for the GT3. The rear sizes he has are 285/645/18 and 305/650/18. I know the safe thing to do would be to go with the 285 to keep them as close to stock and the fronts as possible but has anyone run the 305 size on the (6)3? Any pros or cons? Would like to have as much meat on the ground as possible but not wanting to really sacrifice anything if possible....

Thanks!!
Ian

I run the 305 Hoosier slick on my car and I believe the Continentals have the same dimensions. No issues as long as your wheel offsets are correct. I believe we did roll the fenders a bit when i first started using them.

305 fits fine in the 650. 680 most likely won't. I've run 315s and they're fine as well (rolled fenders).
