I've now joined...
...the GT3 Club!!
After many years of happy 993 ownership in Europe (see signature), I've now moved back home to Canada and found this car that I could just not pass up. Normally I would not consider buying from a P-car dealer but it had been sitting for months so I managed to negotiate a pretty good price. It's a '04 GT3, 41,000kms, one-owner, never tracked, never even seen the rain I even got the original window sticker! As part of the deal, I had the dealer pin the coolant pipes, new front rotors, two new tires and I had them do a GEO to the 'Kussmann' specifications but I made the front/rear camber a bit less aggressive from the original in order to preserve tire wear a bit since I will be driving 80% street and 20% on track.
I've already found some Euro GT3 seats, now I need a cage (suggestions??), harness, Cup shifter cables, maybe even a exhaust and she's good to go for the upcoming season. Any suggestions as to what else I should do over the winter??
I'm looking forward to some PCA events this summer.

Suggest no need for cup cables yet even though it's a nice upgrade. Did they check the LSD as well? If it hasnt been done aftermarket rear toelinks is recommended. Seats/harness/half cage/functioning LSD/ decent pads-rotors plus good brake fluid- pretty much good to go on track from there. Congrats!!! Mike
