Based on my data base (by VIN) the following percentage listing is an excellent estimate of the color distribution of the entire North America Specification 2004-2005 GT3 fleet. (I don't have data for every car built and Porsche AG doesn't provide it.)

I had no idea Lapis blue was so rare! I'm glad I wrapped it. Oh, forgot that it's a complete track rat and will never go back to stock!

my C2 is Lapis Blue - I love that color (I'm also a big fan of Seal Grey)

If I see data, I have to put it into EXCEL and sort it...makes me feel better at the end of the day.

Speed Yellow is very popular...I love that color. If the gods are good, I'll have my mitts on one in the next 30 days. I get to drive the car today....oh Lawdy!!!

good find, thanks for posting. Certainly unique on a 996 GT3 but I have to agree that its not the best suited colour. More classic colours seem to suit the 996 better. Our 930 is Minerva and it looks fantastic on the oldschool car IMO

I would prefer my 996gt3 only in speed yellow but a red carrera will do for now
