That has got to be the weakest argument I have ever heard. There is no headroom issues with it and only Walter Rohl would be able to tell the slight weight increase above his head.

+1 Dell. If you're in the market for a 7 GT3 that has all the right pieces (color, options, miles..), a sunroof shouldn't deter someone from picking the car up.

Perhaps if you weren't going to modify the car, at all. But if you are, 40 pounds (isn't it that much?) above your head is a big chunk to those who look to reduce weight, and it's not cheap to switch to non-sunroof yourself. You won't feel it, but it will probably raise your lap times .25 seconds-ish, no? These cars aren't purchased for the sake of reason.

My days of chasing .25 seconds are long gone. And I imagine that anybody doing anything other than lapping days that could honestly tell me they feel the difference tells me that this isn't the right car for them as they are delusional.

Besides, my kid LOVES the sunroof and the drives with daddy are far more memorable than the track days.
