Viperbob,

Sorry but have to disagree with you on this, only the brake and programming part. The swap is not as simple, but can be done. On 996's certain programming is not possible, but 997's and cayman for sure, been there done that

Given enough time and money anything can be done. Swapping parts within similar ABS and CAN bus versions there will be some issues, but can be done. Crossing versions with parts, generally a lot more difficult.
