Lightbulb Cooling Tranny Belly Pan

Got the idea from this thread (link)

Decided it couldn’t hurt, so gave it a try; was ~$30 at my local dealer

996.504.529.02

It snaps over the straight cross bar and tucks inside the existing pan. As you can see from the pictures, it lines right up with the contours of the existing pan. I think the piece is from a TT?

I used a couple plastic push rivets like Porsche uses, except these are slightly smaller, and of the Toyota variety; had them left over from the Sequoia; they fit perfectly. The fit is tight over the cross bar, so even without the push rivets I don't think its going anywhere.

Difficult to get some good shots, but here they are.

PET says GT2 and Turbos, specific to 6 speed tranny... should help airflow.
