THanks for all the responses. I was initially looking to replace the Advans. Seems they're hard to find in the 295. I'm told there was a production issue in Japan. But tire shops don't always give the straight story - they try to sell what they have on the shelf.

I'm running 245/30 NT01's on the front and have had a problem. The inner fender liner/superior brake duct on both sides broke off. The replacement part was $220 per side! This duct/liner is held on by plastic fasteners which connect to coolant lines. I am running 9" Forgelines in the front with the correct offset per Forgeline.

Anyone else experience this problem?

Those little clips break, regardless of wheel + tire size; just replace the clips and inspect them every so often. My experience (link)

I am running 245/40-18 NT-01s (assuming that is what you have as they don't make a 245/30 from what I can tell) also on Forgelines. However mine are the stock 8.5" width. I will sometimes get some rubbing near full lock. I just open the wheel a little as it only happens during low speed tight maneuvering. Since you are running a wider wheel the tire's width will be slightly greater, might be more of a problem for you. How prevalent is the issue?

Cheers
