Peter: I wonder the hawks wore out so quickly due the weight and size of the brakes on the mustang. Heavy car combined with smallish brakes probably over work them in a big way.

I've never heard of cobalt pads? Where do you get them and what is their pricing like?
Andrew

Boss has decent brakes, Brembo, and good cooling but it is heavy @ 3600# The Hawks on the M3 2900# lasted a little longer but not great. PFC's 01 on the M3 were much better life and almost no tapering.

Cobalt is in S Florida and is sort of a pain to procure. I have found it is easiest to just call them directly as their distribution network sort of sucks. Been over a year since I got pads for the GT3 but I believe it was around $600 for a set.

The name certainly implies they last a long time

I'm running Hawk HT-10s and I like them. But it's too soon to say about wear.

Why are you paying double for the deamans? Ebay rotors my baller friend

How do the 70's pads look after 4 days? How many more days do you think you will get out of them?

I'm a lot faster than you now so everything is relative as far as wear

Agree Peter. Especially short ballers

Drew I do have a set of ate rotors on deck. Still have 8 mm left on pads after 4 days but I don't use as much brake as you.

2:23.000 is current best. Maybe you are using less throttle along with less brakes. Oh snap...

What is starting thickness on the 70 pads? I'm trying to get a reference for your 4 days and 8mm left.

I've used the PF pads twice now. They are very good, but very very expensive.

Cool. I did hi 223's by not on hoohoos. May get big wing and hoohoos to pass you . More coaching coming soon.
Not sure on starting thickness of dt 70's. Of what I've read 60's are nearly as good with less wear on rotors. I will try pfc next

Been using Pagid Yellows (f/r) with the ATE rotors and like them. Getting about 6-8 days out of fronts and more from the rears. Use them on the street, as well (no swapping).

Any updates on best lifetime+performance bang/$ DE track pad for 6GT3?
Do EBC and Hawk have any new/improved models?

Does Pagid Yellow (front) / Black (rear) work better than yellow/yellow?
What about Black (front) / Orange (rear)?

Are PFC pads worth the premium in terms of longevity?

Yes, just get PFC. Hands down the best value and performance. Wouldn't waste my money on another pad.
