Default OEM Carbon Rear wing spoiler

Hoping you guys can help out, I'm looking to purchase an OEM Porsche carbon rear wing/spoiler. Anybody have the part numbers and where I would find it on the spoiler? He is selling it with the decklid and I have my doubts its original. Anybody have some upclose pictures of the install or pictures of the metal uprights attached to the decklid?

Thanks in advance.

Kevin,
If you are looking at the one on Vancouver CL, very likely it is not OEM. An used OEM one will cost around $2500.

no part number on the RS carbon wing. metal supports are held on by rivets. there should be a green or white circular sticker under the clear coat where one of the supports attach. has been on every oem one ive seen so far anyways.
get some pics and post up. the brain bank will chime in pretty fast with source.

GT3RS carbon spoiler - 996-512-959-94 $7562 at sunset and $10,430 retail!

You will be able to tell if its original by looking at the quality. The factory wing does not have a part number anywhere so you will have to take a good look at the parts. The fake ones I've seen locally looked terrible. Let me know if you are looking for the shims to adjust the angle, I have a set...

I'm seriously considering an AeroMotions wing. I've been talking to them in the last couple days. If there is anyone else interested, we might be able to get a group buy giong. They have informed me the stock wing has 1/5 of the downforce. I am trying to get some additional data.

This is the static wing. They don't have an active one for our platform and probably won't for a while unless there is a lot of interest.

Or buy a brand new fake one from Getty Design, but knowing that it's a good one, not a cheap knockoff.

$1,900 is a Steal and you should be put in jail - nice buy

All wings are not a like and many claim to be OEM. I initially ordered from a large dealer and they claimed I was purchasing an OEM which really was not. AT least they refunded my money. I ended up ordering my wing from an authorized Porsche dealer. You can look at my thread from the past about the wing: https://rennlist.com/forums/996-gt2-...otorsport.html

Good luck

I also remember the 'deal' on a handful of those 996 GT3 RS carbon fiber wings.

For the person who made this post, regarding carbon fiber products, if it sounds to good to be true ...

And it was a lone buy from a dealer, no less. I remember another of the local guys emailing/calling me to let me know about. Ran, did not walk, right down there to get me one!
