Default NO DASH LIGHTS!

OK, Start laughing now!

I have no dash lights on my 2004 GT3. I have checked all the fuses and tried everything in the car. All other items seem to be working. (Assuming if you had a bad fuse something else may not work).

In the manuel, it states to turn the "Trip Reset" to the desired brightness. A Bar will show up on the dash showing you how high or low it is set.

I can't even get that to come on.

Do the dash lights on a GT3 adjust this way?

Any help would be appreciated and soon. Ohio driving time is limited. No salt yet on the roads, but it's close!

Have you considered the light switch? These are known to fail and its an easy DIY.

I have not. Does anyone know how to check it before I purchase a new one? The lights will turn on and then out for the fog lights. There is no adjustment on the switch.

When you open the driver's door does the odometer illuminate, showing the miles etc.?

I have not checked into further. I am pretty sure everything else associated with the switch works. My job (funeral home owner) is very unpredictible. Sometimes I have so much time and others times I do not. My plan is to mess with it this weekend as long as everyone stays healthy.

I will update soon

The dash light problem was the light switch. I guess this is common. I had an area shop replace it and everything works great. The mechanic also noticed the license plate light was out. This was also fixed with a new switch.
