Default Side Mirror Vibrates

My driver's side mirror vibrates something awful. Anyone experienced/fixed this?

Motor still works, so maybe there is a spring that's come loose?

Default defrost heats the mirrors

and denatures the glue holding the mirror to the backing... I've used gorilla glue to re-secure mine in the past

How do I get the mirror out of the frame? Is there a TSB or DIY?
