I have seen at least 3 different numbers. The manual
states 16.6 gallons/63 liters.

Various other sources have stated

19.6 gallons/74 liters
23.5 gallons/89 liters

Which is it?

I am mostly interested for my approximate calculations of weight. Based on filling the tank I'm and the fact that it's in the manual I am inclined to believe the 16.6/63 number.

two tanks depending on country and specs:

≈ 63l
and
≈ 89l

12 litres is the reserve (included in the 63 and 89)
