While there might be an option or two in the Bay Area (paging Mooty) don't limit yourself to one area only.

I think it's going to be a long time coming. Even though getting a full-price offer, I just couldn't let it go. Frankly, mainly my wife's sentimental attachment to it, and that'll be hard to overcome.
