Go to Calabogie and Tremblant.
Calabogie cause it will frustrate the hell out of you at first yet intrigue you at the same time. You'll want to come back for more. I maintain if you're fast at Calabogie you can be fat anywhere. It's technical.
Tremblant has great rhythm, other than Namerow. Turn 1,2,3 is second only to the climbing esses at the Glen for me. It's awesome fun. The rest of the track has a few pucker moments to keep you interested.
Do both if you can.
