Update: So I'm at the track now with my coach and he completely revamped my braking. No more trailing the brake into the corner. Brake in a straight line like Ken said and then OFF the brake, turn in let the car roll to the apex and nail the throttle and track out. Sounds so simple but it was worth a whopping 6 seconds!! I'm barely brushing the brake now instead of parking the car before the corner. The cars are so light you don't need much brake at all. Makes all the difference.

So the results are in! I drove the first session my way then he had a sit down with me and revamped my braking. Where in the GT3 I would tral in to rotate the *** and use the torque to rocke out. now I'm braking in a straight line, OFF the brake and turn in. Roll through the corner carrying the momentum and nail it. The second session was consistantly 6 sec faster!!! I found a couple more seconds as the day went on and my confidence improved. To compare, I was doing 2:07 on the 3.9mi course in the GT3 and I'm doing 1:55 in the radical! I was feeling really good about it until my coach had a turn and did a 1:48!!! I have a lot more to go...
