Brackets and rails included. Here is a cut & paste of the ad and some of the pics:
Black leather 996 GT3 bucket seats – one pair: asking $1,900

(new ones are $4,500 at Suncoast)

Manufactured in 2007. These are genuine Porsche seats, made by Recaro. Porsche crests embossed in headrests. Seat mounts and slide rails included. These are a direct bolt-in installation in any 996, 986, and can also be used in any 997 or 987 (although you forfeit your thorax airbag). The optional extra sub-strap bars are NOT included.

The driver’s side seat has a worn spot in the leather as shown in pics. This is from the PO’s rollbar. Not visible once the seat is installed, unless you can fit your head between the seat and the car’s b-pillar.

Functionally these seats are perfect. Aesthetically they are a 7 out of 10. These are for driving, not for concours... Hence the discounted price.

Local pick-up in San Francisco preferred. Otherwise, buyer pays shipping.

I will definitely sign up, my Internet connection in the house is down so I'm just using my phone. As you know surfing on phone is not ideal and not drops constantly. Will do so when I get to my office.

I actually missed this sale by 30 mins maybe if I was a member I would be a proud owner of the seats. I guess the gt2 Seats might be the right one
