i actually HATE coffee. but as ex-architect, i pretend to be cool you know. so trendy mocha got me. (architects without coffee just looks wrong) i still find them bitter, so i add lots whip cream and LOTS of sugar.
but they dont do anything to me. i fall asleep in my mtgs as soon as i finish the drink, which is like 5 min.

Allan, I'd agree with you for track work but for street wheels powdercoat will be more durable and consistent in the finish. Not to mention a TON cheaper to have done.

Here you go, one for sale over here... I like the look, BUT I much prefer your silver and RS wing look!

Dell, powder coating is cheaper than painting??
Agree that for a street wheel it is not a big deal to go either way...

In my case I have run my street wheels on the track on rainy days. Now I have a set of dedicated CCW for wet track but if that rubber was toast and I had a few wet track days in a row, then I'd be hauling out my street wheels again.
I like keeping my options open.

That's true.. I heard from CCW that their anodizing option is probably the "strongest" in terms of finish, but probably does not look as nice as painted / powdercoated finishes..
