Great story. Glad you got it sorted out before it was too late.

I toy with selling mine all the time. Then I make it out to a track day, fall in love again, and go home and spend more money on her. Its a truly pathologic cycle of behavior that is going to ensure that I never, ever get to retire and that my wife is spot on when she tells me I'm nuts.

They're great cars and all, but it's just one car. I like change, even if I come back later.
944 turbo->m3->996->subaru->corvette->round and round I go...

Good for you. I still regret selling mine to this day. Stunning car, great on track, and couldn't have been more perfectly sorted.

I am very happy with the Turbo, but it doesn't "stir my soul" like the 6GT3 did.

You are a class act for returning the deposit. At the end of the day, I am sure you feel better about returning the deposit.

That is a great looking dog. I have one slightly larger, a male Mastiff. He is on a diet, and down to 220.

Feel free to post a couple of pictures of your dog.

I am new here. What is the purpose of a deposit on a sale like this? If I put a deposit on a car(especially a car priced to sell quick like this one was) and backed out I would not expect my deposit back. Not sure I could bring myself to ask for it back. Good on you that you returned it. I think these cars are bottomed out or really close.
