mpsc at low ambient temp and maybe rain
i am going to event today with temps in low 50's and 50 % chance for rain .i do not (yet) have a trailer . which tires do you think are better mpsc or ps2 even in the dry do mpsc lose their advantage at 50 degrees thanks

They are brilliant in rain, standing water, cold temps and snow.

Imagine on a rainy day if you sneak in your garage early in the morning and stay quiet, you can hear them whispering to each other plotting ways to kill you.
Put the PS2s or get a set of 888s. They are the only R compound actually drivable from and to the track regardless of weather conditions.

Second day drivers up to speed. Some very respectable vehicles and I went up to many to complement their mastery of this track and their speed. There is always someone faster. The older I get the faster I was.

Not great in the rain but I did end up driving on them at VIR in December a few years back. Temps below freezing in the morning and I thought it would be like driving on ice but actually they did remarkably well considering.

I drove on kuhmo v710's in the rain at sp. U definitely learn car control skills but what for? I just did 2 sessions that day and said fk it. Having seen Mooty spun at carousel in his bsr on street tires was enuf for me. I escaped

There was a sudden downpour last weekend at the track. I had just gotten into the pits. I looked at the standing water and at my slicks and went F' That and went home. Not worth the risk of wadding up the car
