Above part number doesnt exist in any part list (boxster, 996, gt3, turbo, cayenne)
probably you got the last digit wrong.
Also the ZR18 appears in Cayenne brakes but cayenne brakes start from 955 as Dell said 955.351.421 / 955.351.422.
If the last digit changes they can be from a carrera namely the 4S or turbo or gt3 mk1 if last digit is a 9 and from a boxter S if its a 5.

Pull out the pad and lay a tape next to it - I can tell you what this pup is.
