The part number should have 11 digits. xxx.xxx.xxx.xx
I am not familiar with the rear calipers on the Cayenne. But several cars in the Porsche line use a 996 caliper so this wouldn't surprise me. Just get the other 3 numbers and we can zero in what the original model it is for as well as who all uses it.
As far as the front, those should have a 955 part numbers prefix. (i.e., 955.xxx.xxx.xx)
You can't see any p/n on the 6-pot fronts?

996GT3/Turbo rear caliper is 352.425/426 and the same for 997 but preceded by 997.
Are you sure it's an "8" and not a "5".
Those brakes were NOT delivered on a Carrera. I would bet the farm they were either off the Cayenne or possibly a Panamera (unlikely).
