I had 600/800 when the car was used on the street and it was fine, with the shocks turned down its even plush. I use 1000/1200 now but it lives at he track and I use slicks. Spring rate is determined by what tire you use

That is a proper front rear spring difference.

Many people recommend 200 lb. difference.

I find I'm lifting a wheel on tight off camber corners and think lex is right I need more rear spring

It wont help 1200 is already enough.
You are running low and the decompression allowed is small anyway.

Spring rate choices are somewhat subjective but you may need more droop travel. Sometimes, these shocks need extended droop limiters depending on the setup.

va122's GT3 is not a GT3. it's a track toy.

i would trust steve on his spring choices.

i am at 800/1000 now. but my is a decontented GT3 so dont listen to me.

For more droop travel you can use this trick by moding the oem link colars.
This way I gained 15mm of droop rear.

One question- is it bad to have a wheel lift off as va stated? Wouldn't the LSD send the power to the outside wheel. I see photos of cupcars doing that ie lifting a wheel. I like to understand the dynamics of keeping all wheels down. Thanks.

Usually, you get better traction for both acceleration and turning by using 2 tires instead of one.....
