From what I have heard, Munich Evolution is a small speciality dealership/consignment business, and the owner of the shop, Matt LaCross, has a good reputation. I talked to him weeks (maybe months) ago about the car, back when it was listed for $70K or so. I got the sense from him that the car was local, but didn't go into detail with him because the price was so high. Now that the price is down to $60K, it's beginning to come into a more realistic range. Someday, I'll be in the market for one, but not quite yet, so I'll be happy to scrutinize it for you if you'd like some local assistance.

Rob is right... Small consignment shop and Matt LaCross is the owner.
He sold my M5 for me.
He is good people

I have seen the car in question and briefly looked it over... the only thing I noticed that was odd... when you close the driver's door, after it closes yuo can hear a motor making noise in the door and I assumed it was to do with the window...

It started at $70K at his shop... I told him he was nuts...
then $65
now $60

Matt is an easy guy to deal with...

I would be happy to help if you need local eyes...

I drive by that consignment shop from time to time and enjoy the eye-candy. I saw their M1 at a local hamburger drive in too. Absolutely stunning. http://www.munichevo.com/carlot/category/m1
