Okay, SharkWerks doesn't do PPIs

I'm running out of ideas here... Not one person has suggested the dealer for a PPI. Why not? Just too pricey or what?

The owner is getting the previously mentioned "issue" fixed at Carlsen Porsche. Would there be any conflict of interest having them do the PPI?

Thanks.

Holy crap, Carlsen Porsche doesn't do PPIs either! Amazing, I'm striking out...

Anyone know a good shop that's willing to do a PPI?

Geez, liability...

Check with Porsche of Santa Clara on Stevens Creek. There's Fremont Porsche and Porsche of Burlingame (Rector Porsche) further north.

I'd recommend Livermore Porsche. I believe you can get a PPI done there. And I've used Walnut Creek Porsche and can recomend that business.

None of the dealers I've mentioned though have I used for a PPI. You should call first and speak with service manager and ask if the place will do a PPI.

If it won't do a full PPI see if you can book car in for an hour's computer diagnostics time to have overrev counters pulled and stored data on misfire monitoring (see my post to your other thread).

Sincerely,

Macster.
