Great track. Joe, does anyone around Los Angeles really track their GT3's? I see so few on the track and I am on the track all the time....................Lot's of track time with Driving Concepts this time? I would assume so, it is a Wednesday.

Better than golf or fishing...............

I hear ya. Lots show up at NorCal track events.
Lots of talk about what color to get and how low you can keep the mileage.
Hopefully they are showing up at POC events or something.

There is a guy in San Diego with a silver GT3 that set PCA track records at both Street and Big Willow a couple weeks ago. IIRC he had a 1:32.xx in a completely stock GT3. To top it off he tows a tire trailer with his GT3!?!?! Talk about not being afraid to put miles on it

could be. Just glad he is getting the most out of his car. I wish more people would leave their fears and egos at home and come out and play at the track or an Auto-x so they can feel what the car can really do. People do not need to worry about being fast, there will be much faster people out there plus that's why they have different run groups. Baby steps.
If people think the GT3 is fun on the street, the GT3 on the track is just dreamy.
To each their own- we all drive different color cars.

That 1:33 is very nice. I usually don't run against the clock but the one time I ran EX with POC in my BMW I ran 1:30.6. Not sure where we are in the GT3. I think a bigger point about all this is that we should all be getting together more. Talking. Comparing notes. Telling fish stories.

There is a lot to learn at the track regardless of your experience. Especially when you are there with friends

Come up north folks, it's not unusual to see 4-5 GT3s at any given event

Must be the hetch hetchy water up here that makes us do it

It's even worse in Portland/Seattle, all of those guys seem to track their cars
