Is there a hotel near by. i may just drive in the night before.. I hear the local single mother club talent is exceptional.

There are plenty of hotels. Google "Turkey Creek". Big shopping area, with plenty of hotels. But yes, worth it! Bring some car friends if you can.

most of my car buddies are from Louisville, KY, and they like to watch this gay horse race each year. yea I said it. GAY HORSE RACE!
