Some track days
I'll be at a few track days over the next month, just curious if any other GT3 or GT2 folks who post here will be at these
10-3 Thunderhill with Trackmasters
10-17 Thunderhill with Unlimited Laps
10-25/26 Infineon for Porsche event
Any takers?
Thsi is my first event at Infineon in 5 years, come out and watch me park it to the inside in 10 as the 924s go by...

So I am moving form Raleigh, NC to Petaluma, CA to take a job. I am really looking forward to trying out these west coast tracks and getting into karting more! VIR is a great track, don't get me wrong, but there are so many great tracks in that area.
I am hoping to have my car (996 C2) there and ready for the Infineon event, but if not I can just show up and catch a ride or two correct? Helps a lot for me to build mental imagery and reference points. Carlos you have a passenger seat?

Catching rides / taking riders, these days seem to be a thing of the past with most clubs. Not sure why, other than insurance and legality. PCA is a big "no go".
It is the non-club events where I have been able to actually take riders.
Hope this helps.

NO rides at PCA events unless the driver is a PCA instructor for that region.

bummed I missed the NCRC event, but man, Green Flag had sooo few people!!! tons of track time! got a total of about 15 sessions in 2days! First time I ran bypass, not as scary as I thought is was going to be. Got my best time, so I'm very happy!
It was great meeting you Mike! Hope to see you at the next event!

It was great meeting u and your dad. Hope I can do the same when my daughter gets up to age. Hope u weren't too surprised I did red grp for one session- had to leave early(got permission from Tom). I was surprised how little cars with Greenflag. Ncrc was packed. Hope to see u both next time. Hopefully I'll run with PCA next year. Regards. Mike
