LOL! Be careful Allan, you're turning into Mooty!

It might also help to get a more experienced driver to check out your car too. Those guys are worth their weight in gold.

Cheers,
Definitely going to do that!

you will change with experience.
dave and i got an instructor who told us to early apex just about everywhere and plant the throttle, LOL.

DO NOT early apex T8, it's very $$$ to go off there.

soon, most of the time you should be in 4th gear.

I'm sending you used RS19 pads tomorrow via FedEx Express with Saturday Delivery. It is already too late to send them today. The front pads have 1/3 life left (not much) but better than running on the hats.
i'll show him that "slot" if you are in it, you go wot over the crest, you wont feel l ight. but then you do have to brake like hell to make T2.

late is safer, early is faster and you mow the lawn much more often.

Mooty your joking on early apex on t8 rt? I always late apex hug inside left then full wot even so with the run off my rt rear tire just barely clips the end of runoff. I don't see early apexing t8 u will not have ne room. From t2-t6 I'm on 3rd all the time, 5th-4th at t1(have short r/p), 4th gear before t7 then downshift 3rd before t9 then 4th as go down t9 then 3rd before t10 then 4th at exit of esses then 3rd on t14. My poison is I'm ok on the front part and back til t10 arrives I brake way too early which doesn't set me up well to t14. Mike

Right on! Another Bay-Area holier-than-thou incident.

Did she try and chase you in her Prius?

there's no way PCA-GGR will teach a driver the early line their first time out with the club. just keep late apexing. it's the safe "PCA" line. to get fast you need to start apexing EARLIER, not necessarily EARLY. just worry about being smooth, being consistent and learn to control your car.
